Set Apart by Its Setting

Situated on a quiet street, the lot stands out not just for its size, but for its greenbelt setting that offers added privacy, usable outdoor space, gardens, and plenty of room for entertaining and activities.

Thoughtful Updates, Lasting Character
Pride of ownership is immediately evident, with thoughtful updates and unique design moments carried throughout. Discover customized finishes added by the sellers, including limewash paint, an architectural kitchen arch, and an oversized full-length front window that fills the main level with natural light. Real hardwood flooring anchors the space, adding both quality and character.

A Kitchen with Intention

The kitchen has been subtly reworked to feel more open and intentional, centered around a decorative arched pass-through that creates a natural focal point. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and a rich, moody wall color bring depth and contrast, while added wood shelving blends charm with everyday function.

Flexible Living, Designed to Adapt

The main floor offers a primary bedroom and an additional room that functions as a study, complete with two walls of built-in bookcases, easily doubling as a second bedroom.

Clean, Updated Finishes

The main floor bathroom has been refreshed with updated fixtures, a vanity, mirror, and a brass double light feature for a clean, modern look.

Expanded Living Below

The spacious basement has been recently updated with new paint and brand-new carpet, offering a large family room or flex space, along with a generous storage area and full laundry access. The second bathroom features a brand-new shower with detailed tile work, updated fixtures, and a polished finish.

Garden Spaces, Gathering Places

Outside, the backyard lives like a private retreat. The fully fenced, extra-large lot features mature trees, a covered pergola-style patio, and thoughtfully designed garden beds with a gated enclosure—creating a functional and inviting space for relaxing, entertaining, or growing. Seasonal plantings return year after year, while the hot tub offers a quiet place to unwind, morning or night.

Rare Attached Garage, Built for Function

Additional features include a rare 1-car attached garage with overhead storage, ceiling racks, a workbench, and dedicated space for tools, gear, or hobbies, plus a secondary refrigerator/freezer.

The Owners' Favorite Parts Of Living Here:

Walking distance to The Glenn: a cute neighborhood establishment with a lovely green patio to sip wine on beneath string lights while listening to live music.

We loved walking our dogs to the nearby Wyco park, which has ample tennis courts and green space to explore.

Carpenter Park, which is a large park with playgrounds, lakes, and gorgeous walking trails, is a 5-minute drive away.

The hot tub has provided lovely mornings in the water, listening to birds in the trees in the backyard, as well as cozy evenings under the stars.

The nearby light rail stop has made it so easy and convenient to hop down to Union Station in Denver, perfect for date nights.

In the spring and summer, currants, grapes, honeysuckle, wild garlic, and irises appear in the backyard every year

The large window in the living room lets in incredible light for our many houseplants

There is a lot of storage space, including the rafters in the garage and the space under the stairs, so we could store all our camping gear, musical instruments, and more.

The garden was a labor of love and has provided a beautiful space to drink coffee surrounded by vegetables and greenery, under the shade of an elm tree.
